The consulting projects we undertake fall into "strategic" and "operational" categories. We often segment work into "diagnostic" and "prescriptive" categories where assessments of technologies, investment strategies, processes, organizations and people lead to specific recommendations to buy, build, restructure, outsource or divest technology.
